The branding and film titles reference flip-phone-era graphics in this short film by Michael Wilde made from a decade of saved voicemail recordings. The graphics package includes a logo, icons, and custom fonts used for the titles and end crawl. The branding was also used in a pitch deck which green-lit Voicemail’s adaptation to a serialized show for ABC’s new online media platform.

The logo and graphics are designed to mimic the icon system of an older phone. The RGB-separating stripes of the background texture is a graphic interpretation how older screens photographed at a macro-level.
